FIA Executive International MBA
FIA Business School offers the Executive International MBA program, which aims to enable an understanding of the evolution of organizations and markets in a context of international competitiveness, develop critical thinking, strategic vision and the ability to lead processes of change, thereby preparing high-level executives to take on increasing responsibilities, with a high degree of decision, promoting self-development and stimulating the creation and implementation of new formulations and strategies.
This program compares to those of the most renowned educational institutions in the world having obtained results comparable to these, according to the ratings of the USA Executive MBA Council.
In addition to the faculty's experience, its quality results from the use of a teaching methodology that includes highly regarded tools and didactic-pedagogic techniques.
The course has a duration of 18 months, with a total of 700 hours of activities, with classes on Fridays and Saturdays, fortnightly in a full-time basis. The course also offers up to two weeks of intensive courses abroad, international conferences and seminars of international competitiveness.
The minimum requirements for participation in the program are at least 10 years of professional experience, or 5 years at managerial level, after graduation in higher education, and good knowledge of English.
The stages of the process rely on a analysis of the curriculum vitae, written tests of English, logical reasoning and writing (Portuguese and English) and interviews with candidates approved in the preliminary stages.
We also have an International MBA program, specially developed for foreign and Brazilian students with 3 or more years of professional experience and fluency in english, as the program is taught in english only.
